Strawberry is one of the flavours of Japan’s winter ranges of chocolates. It slowly starts appearing in November and December. By the time January swings around, it’s everywhere. Tirol has been offering these Strawberry Jelly chocolates for the last couple of winters and they’re quite tasty. The outer layer is made up of one half milk chocolate and one half strawberry-flavoured white chocolate, complete with a cute picture pressed into the top. The inside is a slightly chewy strawberry jelly. They’re very sweet and definitely worth a try if you’re after a small chocolate and you’re a strawberry fan.
